The mixing plant is housed within a 20-foot container and includes the following components:
  • two mineral material hoppers;
  • two conveyors with material dosing control systems;
  • intermediate conveyor;
  • twin-shaft high-performance continuous-type mixing chamber;
  • discharge conveyor;
  • electrical system with control unit;
  • water dosing system with flow control;
  • bitumen emulsion dosing system with flow control;
  • cement dosing system, including a separate cement hopper;
  • electrical equipment with a system for monitoring all components.
