ANT Stone Roads Technology
Construction of the Wokha – Merapani highway in Nagaland State, Republic of India. The use of ANT technology made it possible to utilize stone crushing waste to create a monolithic stone slab, reduce the thickness of the pavement structure, and increase the road’s load-bearing capacity. Construction was carried out continuously by traffic lanes, which is unique in mountainous terrain conditions.
Republic of India
ANT Stone Roads Technology
Road construction in India. The use of ANT technology allowed for the creation of a highly durable monolithic foundation, reducing construction costs and shortening the construction time.
Republic of India
ANT Stone Roads Technology
Road construction using the ANT stabilizer made it possible to create a highly durable monolithic foundation from this material, reducing construction costs and shortening the time required to complete the work.
Russian Federation, Tver Region, 2009–2019
ANT Stone Roads Technology
Construction of a Category V road in 2009 and the results after ten years of operation.
A natural sand-gravel mixture containing up to 15% clay particles (quarry overburden material) was used to create the stone pavement slab.
Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana, 2023
ANT Stone Roads Technology
Construction of a Category A multifunctional roadside service complex. Using ANT technology, a two-layer pavement structure was created and used throughout the entire construction period. After construction was completed, an asphalt concrete surface layer was installed on top of the monolithic stone slab.
Hot Asphalt Regeneration
TECHNOLOGY
Presentation Video on «ReasphaltANT» Technology
Hot Regeneration Technology
The video presents detailed options for applying ReasphaltANT technology at batch and continuous asphalt mixing plants.
Repair of the National Highway NH4 “Delhi – Mumbai”
Hot Regeneration Technology
Application of ReasphaltANT technology for the hot regeneration of stone mastic asphalt using a continuous asphalt mixing plant. The proportion of milled asphalt used ranged from 90% to 100% of the total mixture mass.
Benninghoven Asphalt Plant, Republic of Kazakhstan
Hot Regeneration Technology
Application of ReasphaltANT technology at a batch asphalt mixing plant. The amount of reclaimed asphalt used was 30% of the new asphalt mixture mass.
Belgrade, Azvirt 2025 (Marini Plant)
Hot Regeneration Technology
Application of ReasphaltANT technology at a Marini batch asphalt mixing plant. Up to 30% RAP was used in the new asphalt mixture.
Cold Recycling of Road Pavements
TECHNOLOGY
Presentation Video on ANT Cold Recycling Technology
Cold Recycling Technology
The video provides a detailed overview of the application of the technology for constructing various structural layers of road pavements using materials from existing road bases and surfaces.
Repair of the Federal Highway “Shatsk – Tambov”, Ryazan Region, 2013
Cold Recycling Technology
Using the cold recycling method and the ANT soil stabilizer, a monolithic base with high physical and mechanical properties was created. The application of the technology significantly reduced construction costs and shortened the duration of the work.
Major Repair of Mikhailovskaya Street, St. Petersburg, 2020
Cold Recycling Technology
A monolithic base was created using the cold recycling method with ANT soil stabilizer. A base layer of organomineral mixture with asphalt granulate was then placed above it.
